Dr Kishore Nallapu

Dr Kish, has been practicing medicine for 18 years. Beginning his career in India, Kish headed to the UK where his passion for General Practice grew. He is a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners, UK, and a Fellow of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners FRACGP (QLD)

Kish has a particular interest in Diabetes Care as well as Emergency and Urgent Care, Child Health, and Pain Management.

Dr Aus Ahmed

Dr Aus is a General Practitioner who was born and raised in South Africa. He moved to Townsville to study medicine and completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at James Cook University.

He went on to complete his resident years at Rockhampton Hospital and Gold Coast University Hospital, and later worked as a GP at Tweed Heads Superclinic.

Dr Aus has an interest in chronic disease management and skin checks.

Dr Jameel Ashraf

Dr Jameel Ashraf

MBBS, DCH (Sydney), FRACGP General Practitioner

Dr Jameel Ashraf completed his medical degree in Pakistan before moving to the United Kingdom to undertake postgraduate training. Since settling in Australia in 2006, he has worked across multiple specialties, including Medicine, Surgery, Emergency, Paediatrics, and Obstetrics & Gynaecology, at Gold Coast University Hospital.

Dr Ashraf is passionate about family medicine, with special interests in:

  • Child health
  • Women’s health
  • Chronic disease management
  • Skin cancer removal and surveillance
  • Acute medical emergencies

He holds a Diploma in Child Health (DCH) from the University of Sydney and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).

Dr Piyankarie Jayatilaka (PJ)

Dr. Piyankarie Jayatilaka (PJ) obtained her medical degree (MD) from Griffith University, Gold Coast.

She has worked in multiple tertiary, rural/regional hospitals across several states including Gold Coast University Hospital, Launceston General Hospital, Mackay Base Hospital, Lismore Hospital and The Canberra Hospital.

Her special interests are chronic disease management, women’s health and paediatric medicine.

Prior to this she had a career in research and holds a PhD in Evolution, Ecology and Genetics from the Australian National University, Canberra.

She likes to swim, cycle and do pilates in her free time.
