We at My HealthCity provide 365-day 
QUALITY Doctors and Quality Service and we are a 1 Stop Medical Centre. We are an independently owned and operated, GPA Accredited Medical Practice offering all aspects of medical care and health management from Child Health, Women’s Health, Chronic Disease Management, Elderly care to All General Practice Health Services.

Availability:

  • We’re open 7 days a week! In fact we are open 365 days a year.
  • We’re open Monday to Friday from 7am-6pm, and on weekends from 8am-3pm (Hours subject to change-Please refer to Google listing for updates)
  • We’re even open on public holidays 8am-1pm, so we have you covered all year round.
  • Additionally, our Skin Cancer Clinic runs 7 days a Week.

Affordability:

  • All our Doctor consults are mixed billing with a Medicare rebate to current Medicare card holders.
  • We bulk bill patients with valid Concession cards and patients who are under 15.
  • We also bulk bill Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients.

1 STOP MEDICAL CENTRE

My HealthCity offers a wide range of services all under one roof, including pathology, pharmacy, radiology, dental, physiotherapy, podiatry, psychology, Dietitian, Diabetes Educator and Exercise physiologist.

We also have Cardiology Clinics.  Our Heart clinics do – Cardiology consults, echocardiograms, stress echos, 24 hr Holter ECG, etc. Please ask one of our friendly staff for more information.

My HealthCity has We even provide after-hours care through the National Home Doctor Service on 13 74 25 when our regular doctors are unavailable. You can book an appointment by calling our friendly staff or online at myhealthcity.com.au. A standard appointment is about 10 to 15 minutes, but if you have more than one issue kindly be sure to allow for more time when booking.

If you’re unable to make your My Health City appointment, please let us know so that we may allocate your appointment to another patient in need. When you arrive for your appointment, be sure to check in with our friendly reception staff to avoid unnecessary delays in the waiting room. If our team is busy, we welcome you to check-in using our check-in kiosks located at our entrance. Simply follow all the on-screen prompts all the way to the “finish” button!

My HealthCity cares about the health and wellbeing of you and your family. Follow us on Google, Facebook and Instagram for news and updates on the latest in health. While we aren’t crystal ball readers and we can’t predict when flu shots will be in each season, rest assured when they arrive we will shout it from the rooftops via social media and our website. And, as in past years, we will send SMS messages to our most at-risk patients.

Our focus is on optimal communication with our patients. We encourage and promote the use of digital technology to enable 24 hours access to our appointment system to allow everyone to book online or through HotDoc. Our friendly receptionists are available to take your calls or for a face to face during opening hours and will attend to your requests and queries which will be dealt with immediately or actioned in a timely manner. Incoming faxes are assessed and directed to the doctors, clinical staff and stored securely electronically into our system. Outgoing faxes are sent with our practice details and according to our privacy policy. Emails are not used for patient’s personal information without consent as it is not a secure form of communication. Communication via email is not secure and confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. SMS is used for health management purposes like appointment reminders, health reminders and health recalls.

Your health information is most important to us and is protected in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and our practice within the guidelines and standards set by the Australian Privacy Principles and RACGP standards. This Private Policy explains how we collect, use and how we may share information with a third party with patient’s written consent.

Home Visits are not available at the practice.

Walk in appointments are available upon availability and triage from front staff. It is our practice policy to see patients by appointments made first.
