Nicole’s interest in becoming a Dietitian started at a young agewhen she was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease whilst training as a competitive kayak paddler and rower. Her passion grew for Dietetics, when she tried to find someone that understood her individual needs. Nicole’s first-hand experience to be at a healthy weight for competitive sport and the challenges faced when having food allergies, she understands the importance and need for the right nutrition plan.
Nicole consults on all general dietetic issues such as weight loss or gain, diabetes, cholesterol and lifestyle modification. She has a special interest in food allergies and intolerances, gastrointestinal disorders, children’s nutrition, sport nutrition, mindful eating and eating disorder patients and has experience with the RAPH elimination diet.
Nicole loves her work as a Dietitian who aims to educate and support her patients to achieve their health and nutritional goals through eating for enjoyment, longevity and health.
Out of her Dietetic rooms, Nicole is a Qualified Pilates Instructor, loves to travel to explore and taste test cuisines from other countries. She has a passion for all things food and sport.
Nicole has a wide sporting background, recently crowned Queensland State Champion at Queensland State Masters Rowing Championships and when she is not rowing you can find her running, cycling or partaking in pilates and yoga.

Sarah is internationally trained in the latest psychological treatments for post-traumatic stress disorder, trauma (as a result of childhood or adult victimisation), emotional problems (anxiety, panic, depression, anger, bipolar), behavioural problems (self-harm, alcohol misuse, drug misuse) and relationship problems (including domestic violence).
She works mainly with adults but can help adolescents who are engaging in antisocial or offending behaviours and/or have conduct disorder.
