About us

At My HealthCity, we have an exceptional team of Medical Professionals and frontline staff in providing our Patients with the very best care.

The Practice began life as Q Medical in April, 2012 at the completion of the purpose built Mater Health Centre. In June 2014, Hope Island General Practice was established, evolving into the current Centre, MY HEALTHCITY in July 2018.

We have a few simple work philosophies at our Practice: We try never to have a culture of blame We adopt the “One Minute Manager” (Blanchard and Johnston) strategy of trying to catch our staff doing things right and letting them know Laughter is never frowned upon We let everyone know there is no such thing as a stupid question Doctors, Nurses and all other staff eat at the same table, converse around the same coffee machine and cookie jar (both popular items) and EVERYONE washes their own cups and dishes Oh, and we have extremely good Christmas Parties where everyone is on a first name basis and titles are left at the door for the day We believe if you have good people and you allow them to do good things and make sure they are happy doing it, good things will happen! Our Practice is within the Mater Health Centre located on Halcyon Way, offering the following convenient services all under the one roof:

Pharmacy. Pathology. Radiology. Dental. Physiotherapy. Podiatry.

Natasha Nadon (Podiatrist)

Natasha Nadon is a podiatrist at MyHealth City Medical Centre where Natasha provides diagnosis and treatment of the foot, ankle and lower limb. Services ranges from general nail care, dermatologic presentation, diabetic assessments, biomechanics assessments, ingrown nail surgery, orthoses and footwear education.

Through my experience, I have come to learn that dedication and spending time listening to your concerns is what makes a good podiatrist. I offer high quality evidence-based treatment and enjoy watching my patients thrive following treatment. Building therapeutic relationships and seeing my patients improve is what I love about my profession. I aim to have loyal and repeat patients.

Prior to podiatry, I ran a successful business in the Beauty industry in Melbourne. My previous work enabled me to expand on being a clinician, a business woman, but also someone who cared about people. This was my stepping stone and eventually, this lead me be a Podiatrist. I am originally from Canada, specifically in Montreal, where I was raised speaking French as my first language and English.

My passion for this industry reflects on the services that I provide. I am transparent, I have good work ethic and I am honest. As well as providing primary care, my main focus is educating people of some concerns I may have about their health. Part of my services is to encourage my patients to take responsibility for their own health. I see this as a partnership impacting on their wellbeing, restoring quality of life and improve functionality. Prevention of lower limb complications associated with Diabetes is critical and I advocate awareness for my patients who present with diabetes. The podiatry profession is vast allowing a podiatrist to work in different areas. Currently I am providing community services for MyAged Care and I am fortunate to provide my services at my MyHealth City Medical Centre.
